Job summary

Mercor is seeking practicing Primary Care Physicians (MD) to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation for an AI-enabled healthcare partner. You will ensure accuracy and safety of AI-generated notes within outpatient practice.

Role requires current practice in primary care or related fields, plus multilingual proficiency (C1 or above) in English and another language from the provided list. Remote, part-time arrangement with at least 10 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a practicing MD with 2+ years post-residency in primary care.
• US-based physician with direct outpatient notes experience.
• Advanced proficiency (C1+) in English plus at least one other listed language.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Review outpatient notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation for accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Evaluate AI-generated notes and summaries against what a practicing PCP would document.
• Annotate data against guidelines and flag omissions, hallucinations, or inaccuracies.
• Provide structured, written feedback for engineering and product teams.
