YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Intellectual Property Counsel to support a remote, part-time AI project. You will handle technology transactions, drafting, negotiation, and redlining, delivering precise feedback to improve AI-driven contract reasoning.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated responses, developing playbooks and grading criteria, and partnering with product and research teams to refine guidelines and best practices.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
• 3+ years of counsel experience focused on technology transactions.
• Experience drafting, negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements.

• Perform simulated contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining exercises.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract and negotiation scenarios.
• Provide precise legal feedback to improve AI accuracy and reasoning.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, playbooks, and grading criteria for contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine legal guidelines and datasets.
