• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract and negotiation scenarios.
• Provide precise legal feedback to improve AI accuracy and reasoning.
• Develop evaluation frameworks, playbooks, and grading criteria for contract-related tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine legal guidelines, datasets, and best practices.
• Assess contractual risks and provide practical recommendations based on technology transaction experience.
