Job summary

notifyMD is seeking a Part Time Call Center Agent to provide friendly, professional support to our clients' customers from a home-based setup. You will handle inbound calls, gather information, and route or document issues.

Ideal candidates have strong English, good attendance, 35 WPM, Windows 11, reliable broadband, and a headset. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. Training is 1-2 weeks; then set schedule.

Qualifications

• A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
• Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
• Computer skills in a Windows based environment.
• Good attendance.
• The ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
• Broadband Internet - you must pass our speed test.
• A Windows 11 PC or laptop (No Macs/Apple products, Chromebooks, or tablets) with a direct Ethernet connection (no wi-fi or satellite).
• 1 GB of available space.
• Screen display resolution of 1600 x 900 (Dual monitors preferred).
• USB wired headset (no Bluetooth) with a microphone.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming calls in a high-volume environment.
• Greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary.
• Work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs.
• We are an inbound call center only. We do not perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.
