notifyMD is seeking a Part Time Call Center Agent to provide friendly, professional support to clients' customers from a home-based setup. This inbound-only role involves handling calls for diverse clients, gathering required information, and relaying messages accurately.

Training on call center tools will be provided, with emphasis on meeting performance metrics. Ideal candidates have strong English skills, basic Windows computer knowledge, and reliable broadband.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have Windows 11 PC with wired Ethernet.
• Broadband Internet—50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up.
• Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls in a high-volume environment.
• Greet callers and provide/request required information.
• Transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
• Use the call processing system and related tools.
• Adhere to metrics and accurately relay information to clients.
