notifyMD is seeking resilient, detail-oriented bilingual Call Center Agents to join our 24/7 remote inbound team in Texas. You will handle high-volume calls, greet callers, collect information, route requests, and document messages in our system.

You must be fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable with translation as needed, and able to maintain professionalism under pressure. Candidates must provide their own equipment and meet remote requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong translation/interpretation skills.
• Experience in high-volume call centers is preferred.
• Ability to de-escalate interactions with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Handle non-stop high volumes of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Greet callers, gather essential information, route calls, and record detailed messages.
• Utilize call-processing software to prioritize customer needs.
• Meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
• Assist callers in English and Spanish as needed.
