Job summary

NotifyMD, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Call Center Agent to support our clients' customers from home. You will handle inbound calls, greet callers, collect information, and transfer messages as needed on our call processing system.

Strong English, a welcoming voice, and ability to type 35 wpm are preferred; Windows PC + broadband are required. Training lasts 1–2 weeks, with a set weekend day required.

Qualifications

• Welcoming voice with upbeat tone.
• Strong command of English with good spelling/grammar.
• Must have Windows PC or laptop and broadband internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls in a high-volume environment.
• Greet callers, collect required information, and transfer calls or take messages.
• Ensure accurate message relay to clients and follow internal processes.
