Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC seeks an HR Generalist to support senior consultants with day-to-day HR guidance, respond to client inquiries, and conduct capability overviews of HR resources and tools.

You will perform research, data analysis, and create reports and materials; assist in planning projects, timelines, deliverables, and benchmarking data; develop templates and standardized HR processes; and present findings from HR best-practice assessments. Remote position, up to 24 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with HR resources and tools.
• Ability to develop templates and standardized HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in responding to client inquiries and providing day-to-day HR guidance.
• Conduct capability overviews and demonstrations of HR resources and tools.
• Conduct research, perform data analysis, and create reports and supporting materials.
• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, deliverables, and benchmarking data.
• Develop templates, tools, and standardized solutions addressing HR processes and practices.
• Conduct and present findings from HR best-practice assessments and leave diagnostics.
