Job summary

InteLogix is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support designated regions with a primary focus in California. This full-time, exempt role handles employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.

Location: Remote; open to candidates nationwide, including in Wisconsin. Requires Bachelor's in HR or related field and 5+ years HR generalist experience with CA rules; proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS; you will work with senior HR

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting California employees, including CA wage and hour rules.
• CFRA/PDL leave knowledge and CA compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies; maintain employee handbook.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
• Support CA compliance and leave processes.
