Job summary

Loman AI, Inc. is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support restaurant operators using our Voice AI platform.

You will serve as the first line of contact, delivering empathetic, professional assistance and guiding customers through setup and ongoing usage. Responsibilities include troubleshooting via Slack, Zendesk, and email, documenting inquiries, and collaborating with product/engineering to reduce issues.

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service, technical support, or help desk experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Slack and Zendesk (or similar support tools).
Comfort with technology and troubleshooting software.
Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends with minimal supervision.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Positive, empathetic, and customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to Loman AI customers via Slack, Zendesk, and email.
Troubleshoot and elevate technical issues to the engineering team when needed.
Guide customers through setup, configuration, and common workflow.
Track, document, and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to act as a trusted advisor to customers.
Identify recurring issues and collaborate with product and engineering to improve the platform.
Assist with onboarding new restaurant partners when required.
Contribute to building out our knowledge base and support documentation.
