Job summary

YO HR Consultancy is seeking a Customer Service Subject Matter Expert for an hourly, remote contractor role to help build a custom dataset of natural, human-enacted customer service conversations used to train AI speech-to-speech agents.

You will apply your client communication, issue resolution, and CRM workflow experience to ensure conversations reflect real-world interactions. Flexible-hours, ~15 hours/week, global remote work; potential future engagements through our expert network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional Customer Service experience with client communication, issue resolution, and CRM workflows.
• 1+ year of AI training-related work such as data annotation or model evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end customer support workflows, including troubleshooting, escalation, and follow-up.
• Excellent spoken English (C1+) with clear and fluent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create natural, human-enacted customer service conversations across realistic support scenarios.
• Optimize AI Performance: evaluate and rank AI responses to improve accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Ensure Model Integrity: test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
