Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 6+ months in health care insurance verification or order processing preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and Microsoft products.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process patient orders accurately and timely, update demographics, and explain benefit details.
• Maintain patient profiles and support workflow in line with payer requirements.
• Navigate iPIMS, Parachute Health, email, and other platforms for documentation and order processing.
• Obtain and validate patient consents per company procedures and privacy standards.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, explain insurance, and address order-related questions; work to improve NPS/CSAT.
