Job summary

CCS Medical, Inc. is seeking a Remote Patient Advocate Representative I to support patient care and ensure accurate, timely shipment of orders. You will set up new patient files, process orders, and provide customer service to patients.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to navigate multiple systems such as iPIMS and Parachute Health while maintaining HIPAA privacy standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months in health care insurance verification or order processing preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of billing procedures and payer requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, organization, multitasking, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Process patient orders and update demographics, explain benefits, obtain consent, and communicate order status.
• Maintain patient profiles, enrollments, and support basic workflow creation.
• Navigate iPIMS, Parachute Health, email, and task queues to document workflows.
• Obtain and validate patient consents in accordance with privacy standards.
• Manage work queues and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Handle inbound/outbound patient interactions, including insurance explanations and billing questions.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines to support order processing and patient education.
• Build professional relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
• Adhere to Medicare/Medicaid HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and flexible attendance.
