Job summary

Devereux Educational Strategies and Solutions (DESS) seeks a Contract and Outcomes Analyst for a flexible, part-time remote role (24-28 hours/week). You will lead funder contract management, utilization tracking, and outcomes reporting to optimize performance and ensure funding compliance.

You'll collaborate with finance, admissions and operations, turning data into actionable insights. This position offers growth potential into a full-time role and the chance to contribute to mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years' contracts experience in healthcare.
• Proficient with data collection/analysis platforms (Radar, Pro-Filer, or similar).
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage funder contracts, rates, utilization tracking, and payer requirements
• Analyze and report contract, utilization, and outcomes data
• Ensure funding compliance and organizational policies
• Support admissions, utilization review, and funder enrollment processes
• Maintain contract documentation and reporting systems
• Monitor payer rates and advise on reimbursement optimization
• Support rate negotiations and communicate changes
• Update billing systems and track financial impacts
• Manage client admissions in the EHR system
• Collaborate across departments for operations improvements
