Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a strategic Director of Finance, Ancillary Services, to oversee financial performance across pharmacy services, educational consulting, autism services, and training programs.

You will drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and revenue streams while partnering with senior leaders to support growth initiatives. This role blends strategy with hands-on operational leadership and offers remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in a senior finance role.
• Supervisory and leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, pharmacy, or education.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and contract management.
• Experience managing multiple revenue streams and complex financial operations.
• Knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, inventory controls, and financial compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and month-end close activities.
• Manage revenue streams, billing operations, accounts receivable, cash applications, and vendor payments.
• Oversee contract development, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating agreements and independent contractors.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing budget-to-actual analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory valuation, forecasting, reconciliations, and cost-of-goods analyses.
• Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements and applicable regulations.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance analyses to senior leadership.
• Lead special projects related to financial operations, productivity, utilization, and business growth initiatives.
