Job summary

Devereux is seeking a Community Support Professional who will deliver one-to-one interventions in home, job sites or community settings, based on each individual's plan. This independent contractor role emphasizes documentation and compliance with Devereux policies and legal requirements.

Applicants should have a HS diploma with autism experience or a BS/BA with related experience, a valid driver's license and vehicle access, and be able to document services in the EHR system.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with autism support experience.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience in documenting services for reimbursement in EHR.
• Ability to transport clients and comply with program policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide one-to-one interventions per plan in various community settings.
• Submit documentation of service delivery for legal and reimbursement purposes.
• Enter and manage documentation in Devereux’s EHR system.
• Attend review meetings as required by law and Devereux policies.
