Data Science & Engineering Experts, Inc. is seeking a part-time Client & Partner Relationship Manager for a 100% remote position in the United States.

The role focuses on follow-up, coordination of next steps, referrals, partner cadence, and renewal or expansion signals. Responsibilities include maintaining an appropriate contact rhythm, preparing context, tracking owners and dates, and escalating issues to the appropriate DSE leader.

Job description

Keep every valuable relationship moving after the introduction. Own follow-up, next steps, referrals, partner coordination, clean handoffs, and renewal or expansion signals.

This is a part-time W-2 employee role, 100% remote within the United States. The anticipated start date and final written offer depend on completion of DSE's current financing plan.

Compensation

Base pay: $38-$55 per hour for a part-time schedule established in the written offer. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage where plan eligibility applies; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment. Final plan details are provided before an accepted offer and begin when employment starts.

Responsibilities

• Keep relationships warm. Maintain an appropriate follow-up rhythm with qualified prospects, clients, referral sources, and teaming partners.
• Make handoffs clean. Prepare context, track owners and dates, schedule the right people, and connect commercial conversations to practitioners.
• Capture what changes. Document feedback, blockers, satisfaction, referral potential, and renewal or expansion signals without making commitments.
• Escalate decisions. Route technical advice, prices, legal terms, delivery promises, and authority questions to the right DSE leader.

Qualifications

Required

• Client, account, partner, customer-success, or professional-services experience.
• Precise follow-through and dependable record keeping.
• Calm written and spoken communication.
• Good judgment about role boundaries and escalation.
• US work authorization. No specific degree is required.

Preferred

• Technical consulting or enterprise SaaS experience.
• Experience with regulated buyers or formal partnerships.
• Referral, renewal, or expansion coordination.
• CRM reporting and multi-stakeholder handoff experience.
