The role focuses on follow-up, coordination of next steps, referrals, partner cadence, and renewal or expansion signals. Responsibilities include maintaining an appropriate contact rhythm, preparing context, tracking owners and dates, and escalating issues to the appropriate DSE leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in client, partner, account, customer-success, or professional-services relationships.
• Precise follow-through in coordinating next steps and commitments.
• Calm, clear written and spoken communication.
• Good judgment about boundaries in engagements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an appropriate contact rhythm with clients and partners.
• Prepare context and schedule the right participants for discussions.
• Track owners, dates, and commitments across engagements.
• Capture client and partner feedback for continuous improvement.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up-to-date; escalate decisions when needed.
