Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a strategic Director of Finance, Ancillary Services to oversee the financial performance of growing service lines including pharmacy, educational consulting, autism services, and direct care training programs.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, oversee contracts and revenue streams, and support strategic growth initiatives in a mission-driven, nonprofit healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of five years experience in a senior level finance role at Devereux or comparable organization required.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and contract management; supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and month-end close activities.
• Manage revenue streams, billing operations, accounts receivable, cash applications, and vendor payments.
• Oversee contract development, execution, and compliance for revenue-generating agreements and independent contractors.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing budget-to-actual analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
