Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Temporary Development Consultant to support Institutional Giving during the Director's leave. This remote, part-time role focuses on prospect research, qualification, and identifying potential funders, with responsibilities that balance behind-the-scenes research and targeted grant support.

You will refine a portfolio of institutional prospects, help with grant development, and work independently on clearly defined assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of prospect research or institutional fundraising experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Research Vibrant's institutional prospects and identify opportunities.
• Develop a refined portfolio of foundation and corporate prospects.
• Qualify prospects and assess alignment with Vibrant’s focus areas.
• Research corporate philanthropy and strategic partnerships.
• Deliver a prioritized prospect portfolio with actionable contacts.
• Support grant development and proposal creation.
• Provide targeted support for a limited number of funding opportunities.
• Work behind the scenes on clearly defined assignments, not funder outreach.
• Assist with other priority projects as capacity allows.
