Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements.
• Contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining expertise with risk allocation awareness.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyse technology and commercial agreements.
• Engage in contract negotiation and redlining exercises; assess changes.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses and provide structured feedback for model improvement.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for contract-related tasks covering drafting quality and risk.
• Collaborate with product, research, and technical teams on contract-review initiatives.
• Translate legal expertise into actionable feedback and refine review guidelines.
