Responsibilities

Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining across commercial agreements.
Review AI-generated responses to contract scenarios and provide detailed legal feedback.
Develop objective evaluation criteria, scoring rubrics, and quality standards for AI contract tasks.
Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to refine AI training data and guidelines.
Apply practical legal judgment to identify risks, ambiguities, and negotiation strategies.
