OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced in-house attorneys to perform paid, part-time contract work reviewing and negotiating technology agreements. You will run negotiation exercises, redline MSAs/NDAs/ISDAs/DPAs, and grade contract analysis to train AI tools.

Work from home with no fixed shifts, 20+ hours per week, and full remote access across the United States. The role emphasizes clear written and spoken communication, legal analysis, and collaboration with product or research teams.

Qualifications

• At least three years in-house on technology transactions.
• Negotiated and reviewed MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and DPAs yourself.
• Experience with legal, product or research teams; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Run negotiation exercises and redline commercial technology contracts.
• Review contract scenarios for legal risk, accuracy and precision.
• Set the scoring criteria that decide what a strong contract answer looks like.
• Improve the review guides and best practices the work follows.
