Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in-house legal experience in technology transactions.
• Proven track record negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Strong drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical ability to translate legal judgment into feedback.
• Experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced settings.
• Show interest at the intersection of law and technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline technology-related agreements.
• Review AI responses for legal accuracy and risk.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve contract analysis quality.
• Create objective evaluation frameworks and grading criteria.
• Collaborate with research and product teams to refine guidelines.
• Apply consistent legal reasoning across contract scenarios.
