Job summary

24-MAG LLC in the United States invites experienced In-House Counsel for a part-time remote consulting role focused on technology transactions, contract drafting, redlining, and AI-assisted contract evaluation.

You will review contract redlining workflows, run simulated negotiations, assess AI-generated responses, and help develop standards for commercial contract analysis. Minimum 3 years in-house tech-transaction experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, derivatives documentation.
• Demonstrated contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining expertise.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal risk allocation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyse technology and commercial agreements.
• Work with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, derivatives documentation, and related contracts.
• Identify contractual risks, ambiguities, and drafting weaknesses.
• Assess whether provisions reflect intended commercial arrangements.
• Apply practical in-house standards throughout contract-review workflows.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses to transactional and contract scenarios.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks for contract-related tasks.
