Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced in-house counsel specializing in technology transactions to support a remote, part-time contractor role. You will lead contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining to train and assess AI-driven contractual workflows.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of in-house experience with MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related technology agreements, and can translate legal judgment into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology-related commercial agreements.
• Ability to provide actionable feedback and measurable quality scores for AI-driven contract analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises focusing on technology transactions.
• Draft, review, analyze, and revise MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and related tech contracts.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract scenarios for legal accuracy and commercial reasonableness.
• Provide clear feedback to improve AI contract analysis and redlining outputs.
• Develop evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for AI performance on drafting and negotiation tasks.
• Identify contractual risks, ambiguities, and negotiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, legal, and research teams to refine datasets and guidelines.
