You’ll review MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, develop evaluation criteria, and provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs and contractual risk assessment within fast-moving tech

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of in-house legal experience focused on technology transactions.
Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
Demonstrated expertise in contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation.
Familiarity with legal playbooks and structured contracting standards.

Responsibilities

Review sophisticated technology and commercial agreements.
Analyse contractual provisions for legal, operational, and commercial risk.
Draft and revise contractual provisions and perform redlining exercises.
Conduct simulated negotiations involving MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related agreements.
Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI contract evaluation outputs.
