Job summary

24-MAG LLC invites an experienced Contract Attorney to join a part-time independent contractor engagement. The focus is technology contracts, drafting, redlining, negotiation, and legal review to feed an advanced AI training and evaluation project.

You will perform simulated negotiations, assess AI-generated contract responses, and contribute rigorous evaluation criteria and expert feedback to improve risk interpretation and contract workflows.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience focused on technology contracts.
• Strong experience negotiating and reviewing MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Meticulous attention to detail and analytical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and analyse sophisticated technology contracts and related documents.
• Identify ambiguities, negotiate points, and assess legal risk in agreements.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract responses for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop evaluation criteria and structured feedback for model outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with policies.
