Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience.
- Strong background in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
- Hands-on experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
- Strong contract drafting, review, negotiation, and redlining skills.
- Ability to identify legal and commercial risk with precision.
- Ability to translate legal expertise into structured feedback for AI training.
Responsibilities
- Review contract-redlining workflows and simulate negotiations.
- Evaluate AI-generated legal outputs for accuracy and risk.
- Help establish standards for contract interpretation and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation guidelines.
- Develop objective evaluation frameworks for contract tasks.
