24-MAG LLC is offering a part-time consulting engagement for junior transactional attorneys to work on an advanced AI training and contract-evaluation project. You will review commercial agreements, perform simulated negotiations, and evaluate AI-generated outputs against structured criteria.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of transactional experience, familiarity with MSAs/NDAs/ISDAs, and strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of transactional legal experience.
• Familiarity with MSAs and NDAs.
• Exposure to agreements such as LPAs, ISDAs.
• Strong analytical and issue-spotting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse commercial and transactional agreements.
• Assess contractual language for clarity, consistency, and legal accuracy.
• Identify potential ambiguities, drafting weaknesses, and contractual risks.
• Apply foundational transactional judgement to realistic legal scenarios.
• Support structured review of technology-focused agreements.
• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI-generated responses to transactional legal scenarios.
• Assess drafting quality, legal reasoning, and issue identification.
• Document why outputs are accurate or incorrect.
