Qualifications

• Prior BDR/SDR/outbound experience selling business banking or related financial products.
• Confidence calling business owners and explaining practical product benefits.
• Disciplined outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and reliable CRM follow-through.
• Ability to commit to part-time calling blocks during business hours.
• Quiet calling environment, reliable internet, and clear professional communication.
• No conflicts with existing employment agreements.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain partner offerings, and identify fit and decision-makers.
• Ask discovery questions about financial services for startups and document customer needs.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the provider or internal team and follow through.
• Maintain CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Use approved messaging and outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.
• Share objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
