Job summary

Initio Capital is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative focused on banking, business finance, and financial services partnerships in New York. You will work with a company-provided lead list, perform outbound calls to founders and business owners, and identify fit and decision-makers.

You will document needs in the CRM, move qualified accounts to next steps, and maintain consistent follow-through. This role is remote and part-time, with hours arranged to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Prior BDR, SDR, inside sales, or outbound experience selling financial products.
• Confident phone manner with disciplined outbound calling and CRM follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain partner offerings, identify fit and decision-makers.
• Ask discovery questions about banking, business finance, and partnerships and document the customer need accurately.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the provider or internal team and follow through on actions.
• Maintain CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Share objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
