Initio Capital is seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach for startup financial services in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. You’ll qualify needs, explain partner offerings, and move accounts to next steps using a provided lead list and CRM.

You should have proven experience in BDR/SDR roles, strong phone skills, and disciplined follow-through. This remote role lets you work from home while hitting agreed calling blocks.

Formación

• Experience in BDR/SDR or outbound sales for financial products.
• Confident phone manner and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to work part-time with defined calling blocks.

Responsabilidades

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask discovery questions about financial services for newly formed businesses and document needs.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the provider or internal team and follow through on actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
