You will work with a provided lead list, call founders, explain relevant partner offerings, and qualify opportunities.

You will document customer needs, schedule the next steps with providers or internal teams, and maintain CRM records. This position allows you to keep your current job while contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDR or outbound sales to businesses.
• Confident phone manner and CRM discipline.
• Ability to manage follow-through and qualify needs.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and explain relevant offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask discovery questions and document customer needs accurately.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on agreed actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Use approved messaging and outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
