Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant offerings, identify fit and decision-makers.
• Ask discovery questions about banking and lending needs and document customer needs.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
