Qualifications

• Prior BDR/SDR/outbound sales experience in payroll, HR, employer services, or workforce management software.
• Confident calling business owners and explaining practical product benefits.
• Disciplined outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and CRM follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain offerings, and identify fit and decision-makers.
• Ask discovery questions about payroll, workforce management, and business platforms and document needs.
• Arrange qualified next steps and follow through with providers or internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
