Outbound calling, discovery, and qualification drive the process, with CRM maintenance and follow-through emphasized. You will evaluate partner offerings for business owners, arrange next steps with providers, and ensure accurate documentation.

Formación

• Prior BDR/SDR/inside sales experience selling banking/financial services
• Confident calling business owners and explaining practical product benefits
• Disciplined outbound calling, discovery, qualification, and CRM follow-through
• Ability to commit to part-time calling blocks during business hours

Responsabilidades

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask clear discovery questions about banking, business finance, and financial services partnerships and document the customer need accurately.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on agreed actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
