Qualifications

Prior BDR/SDR/outbound experience in financial services is preferred.
Ability to discuss business banking products confidently without exaggeration.
Proven track record of disciplined outbound calling and CRM follow-through.

Responsibilities

Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
Ask clear discovery questions about business banking and document customer needs accurately.
Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on actions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
