Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses.
• Make outbound calls to founders and owners, explain relevant offerings, and identify fit.
• Ask discovery questions about financial services for new businesses and document needs.
• Arrange a qualified next step with providers or internal teams and follow through on actions.
• Maintain CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Share errors and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
