You will work from a provided lead list, perform outbound calls to founders and business owners, evaluate needs, and move suitable accounts to the next step with CRM updates and follow-through. This role requires discipline and reliable scheduling to fit target market hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDR/inside sales or outbound business development.
• Experience selling payroll, HR, or back-office software.
• Disciplined outbound calling and CRM follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Work a company-provided lead list of newly formed businesses and other qualified accounts.
• Make outbound calls to founders and business owners, explain relevant partner offerings, and identify fit, timing, and decision-makers.
• Ask clear discovery questions about payroll and integrated back-office software and document the customer need accurately.
• Arrange a qualified next step with the relevant provider or internal team and follow through on agreed actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, call outcomes, objections, pipeline stages, and follow-up dates.
• Use approved messaging and company-provided outreach tools, follow calling requirements, and respect opt-outs.
• Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback to improve targeting and qualification.
