Key activities include maintaining templates, archiving executed contracts, and providing analytics on contract turnaround times while collaborating with business teams and attorneys.

Qualificações

• Experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating commercial agreements.
• 2 Year / Associate's Degree or higher.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage routine commercial agreements including NDAs, BAAs, and amendments.
• Coordinate contract workflows and maintain contract records and templates.
• Support healthcare compliance processes and related documentation.
• Generate reports on contract activity and support process improvements.
