Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and contract management systems.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare/medical devices).
• Familiarity with BAAs and healthcare privacy requirements.
• CLM systems experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance programs and contracting practices.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage routine commercial agreements, including NDAs and BAAs.
• Coordinate contract workflows and maintain contract templates and records.
• Support contract negotiations with business stakeholders and counterparties.
• Administer contract lifecycle management from intake to archiving.
• Generate reports on contract activity and turnaround times.
• Assist with healthcare compliance documentation and processes.
• Serve as a liaison between legal and business teams on contracting matters.
• Assist attorneys with special projects, audits, and investigations.
