Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, drafting, or negotiating commercial agreements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting healthcare-related contracts or regulated industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems and templates.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage routine commercial agreements including NDAs, BAAs, and amendments.
• Coordinate contract workflows and support roll-out of contract review software.
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard language; ensure proper storage in repositories.
• Generate reports and metrics on contract activity and turnaround times; identify risks.
• Assist with healthcare compliance processes and documentation; liaise with business stakeholders.
