Qualifications

• 3+ years Software Presales or equivalent customer-facing position
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience with Windows/Active Directory administration and operations
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Strong presentation skills and ability to demonstrate products to technical and executive audiences
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills for cross-organizational collaboration
• Understanding of security concepts and IAM/SIEM related domain experience
• Prior experience with Palo Alto Networks Idira solutions or enterprise security products is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for Palo Alto Networks Idira solutions
• Develop new and existing technical relationships within accounts
• Present the technical value proposition to customers and partners effectively
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical and functional detail
• Lead customer proof-of-concepts (POCs) and document requirements in CRM
• Support seminars, trade shows and partner events
• Translate customer requirements to Product Management and technical teams
• Mentor other engineers and create training content when needed
