Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to guide customers through deployment lifecycles of Idira PAM solutions. You will combine technical architecture with ongoing governance to drive account health and value realization.

You will act as a trusted advisor to guide production-readiness, engage with C‑level sponsors, and collaborate across Services, Support, Product, and R&D to resolve complex issues while expanding platform use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with CyberArk or equivalent PAM
• 5+ years enterprise software or security consulting
• 2+ years as TAM or technical customer success
• 3+ years in SaaS or cybersecurity vendor delivering professional/tech account services
• Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT)
• Broad knowledge of databases, networking, AD/IDP systems, systems administration, app security
• Strong IAM, network security and enterprise risk management background
• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and build executive rapport
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect and oversee PAM programs tailored to client goals.
• Lead design workshops to architect enterprise deployments around CyberArk PAM.
• Assess customer needs to set technical priorities and advise on deployment paths.
• Maintain long-term trusted-advisor relationships with enterprise teams and executives.
• Conduct health checks, architecture reviews and performance assessments for security alignment.
• Participate in customer reviews to report adoption, platform health and value.
• Monitor platform utilization and provide recommendations to drive usage and reduce risk.
• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic accounts and manage escalations.
• Voice the customer inside the company to influence roadmaps and operations.
• Collaborate with CSMs, AEs and internal teams to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate across Services, Support, Product and R&D to resolve complex issues.
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise engagements with high organizational efficiency
