Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to manage a portfolio of advisor-focused campaigns. You will own client relationships, lead regular calls, and drive Meta advertising results with focus on lead generation and appointment bookings.

You will monitor performance, optimize budgets, and translate data into actionable strategies for clients, while collaborating on messaging and tracking implementations to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• Strong focus on Meta advertising
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals
• Solve account issues proactively to support stability and growth
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve results
• Test audiences and messaging to identify opportunities for stronger performance
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows
