Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy to execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, report performance, and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients in a growth-focused agency.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, retention, and overall campaign success. This role supports a fast-paced team and remote work arrangements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations and lead-routing workflows.
