Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist/Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You’ll manage Meta campaigns, report results, and translate data into clear recommendations for high-net-worth prospects.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and maintain client relationships to drive retention, renewals, and referrals. This role blends strategy and execution with a client-facing focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and provide performance updates.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Set up, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and bookings.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bids, testing and campaign variables.
• Monitor daily performance and adjust for cost-per-appointment.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative opportunities.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly, Zapier, and lead-routing workflows.
• Resolve issues between ad platforms and client systems.
• Monitor tracking and lead flow to prevent issues.
