Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client portfolios from strategy through execution. You’ll lead bi-weekly calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, and translate data into clear recommendations for financial advisors.

You report to the Associate Director of Operations and directly influence client results, relationships, and retention. This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and rapid problem-solving across multiple

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while maintaining high client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, and creative testing; adjust as needed.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
