Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own campaigns from strategy to execution. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, guide bi-weekly client calls, and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for clients.

You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, while optimizing Meta ads and ensuring smooth tracking and lead routing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to meet performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts; act as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls; discuss performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bids, creative testing and campaign variables.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and adjust strategies.
• Set up tracking, pixels and conversion events; manage integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues between platforms and client systems.
