Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution and to drive performance across Meta campaigns.

You will manage client relationships, lead regular calls, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and collaborate on calendars, tracking setups, and automation workflows to optimize ROI and appointment generation for financial

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, creative testing, and campaign variables.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust based on cost-per-appointment and other key metrics.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; configure Calendly and Zapier integrations.
